  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • 2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT dark chocolate chips and walnuts into a food processor and blend until smooth, pulsing and scraping down the sides of the bowl to ensure all the beans are completed pureed. Gently stir in dark chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • 3. Line pan with parchment paper and pour into an 8″x8″ pan.
  • 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed and set. Cool before cutting into squares
  • 5. Chocolate lovers - Double Beanstastic Brownies Add an additional ½ C. of dark chocolate chips to step 2 and puree together with the rest of the ingredients. Continue with step 3.
  • 6. Note: You can use a loaf pan or muffin tray to transform this healthy treat into something more decadent. Enjoy
