Jalapeno Coriander Shrimp Satay

  • 1. Pre- heat your grilling plate or BBQ to 375F.
  • 2. Cut Napa cabbage into small sections while leaving the stem in tack.
  • 3. Place cut Napa cabbage in a mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • 4. Use your hand to toss the cabbage mixture.
  • 5. In a medium mixing bowl, add shrimps, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, corn starch, lime zest, salt and pepper.
  • 6. toss and leave for a few minutes.
  • 7. Place shrimps on skewer and set aside.
  • 8. Place cabbage on grilling plate or BBQ, cabbage should cook in about 3-5 minutes each side.
  • 9. Once cabbage is cooked, place it on a cutting board and cut it to bit size. Arrange the cut grilled cabbage on to a serving platter.
  • 10. Place shrimp skewers on to your grilling plate or BBQ. Shrimp skewers should cook in about 3-5 minutes or until your shrimps all turn orange.
  • 11. Place cooked shrimp skewers onto cut cabbage and drizzle with Sarah's Kitchen Jalapeno Coriander sauce.
  • 12. Enjoy!
