Great lunch option: cooked chicken breast and loosely chop it. Add into Guacamole, mix and serve it in pita bread or on some Endive leaves or wrapped in Butter lettuce leaves.

  • 1. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados with a fork.
  • 2. Mix in lime juice, salt, ground pepper, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
